Korea Fire Safety Standards
- Korea Fire Safety Standards (KFS), which are Korea's first civil fire safety standards, meet the current situation in Korea and are in compliance with the nternational standards.
- Currently, a total of 60 fire safety related recommendation standards have been enacted, and the manuals (Vols. 1, 2 and 3) have been distributed to the public.
- The standards include the prevention of fire and explosion hazard in big buildings and major industries throughout Korea, and they list measures of fire protection to decrease losses.
