Academies

A building used as a private teaching institute provided for the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons, with a total floor area of the purpose at least 2,000 square meters;

Hospitals

A building used as a hospital-level medical institution prescribed in the Medical Service Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

Accomodations

A building used for tourist accommodation business prescribed in the Tourism Promotion Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

A building used for lodging business prescribed in the Public Health Control Act, with a total floor area of the purpose at least 3,000 square meters;

Exhibition Hall

A building used as an exhibition hall prescribed in the Public Performance Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

Broadcasting Stations

A building used for broadcasting business prescribed in the Broadcasting Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

Sales Facities

A building used as a superstore prescribed in the Distribution Industry Development Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

A building used as an agricultural and fisheries products wholesale market or a private agricultural and fisheries products wholesale market under the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters:

PUBLICLY USED ESTABLISHMENTS

A building used for the following business with a total floor area of the purpose at least 2,000 square meters:

• (a) Game providing business defined in the Game Industry Promotion Act;
• (b) Business of providing Internet computer game facilities defined in the Game Industry Promotion Act;
• (c) Karaoke business defined in the Music Industry Promotion Act;
• (d) General restaurant or Highway diner business under the Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act;
• (e) Karaoke bar business under the Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act;
• (f) Entertainment bar business under the Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act;

Schools

A building used as a school under the Elementary and Secondary School Act and the Higher Education Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters:

Apartment Buildings

An apartment building of at least sixteen stories and its appurtenant buildings, among collective housing under the Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act. In such cases, it shall include an apartment building of fifteen or less stories that is located in the same apartment complex managed by the management entity;

Manufacturing Facilities

A building registered as a factory pursuant to Industrial Cluster Development and Factory Establishment Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

Buildings of 11 stories or more

A building of at least 11 stories: Provided That excluded herefrom shall be apartment buildings, warehouses, multi-story car parking buildings

Baths

A building used for public bath business under the Public Health Control Act, with a total floor area of at least 2,000 square meters;

Theaters

A building used as a theater under the Promotion of the Motion Pictures and Video Products Act, with a total floor area of at least 2,000 square meters;

Urban Railroad Station Facilities

A station or station facilities used as a station or station facilities of urban railroads under the Urban Railroad Act, with a total floor area of at least 3,000 square meters;

Indoor Shooting Ranges

A building used as an indoor shooting range under the Act on Safety Management of Shooting and Shooting Ranges.
